The estimated time to register an NGO in Nigeria is 30 days, primarily due to the mandatory 28-day waiting period after newspaper publication.
Yes you can register an NGO by yourself if you follow our step by step guide.
The minimum number of Trustees is two (2) for NGO or any other form of incorporated trustees registration.
We have provided the all required documents in the course.
Note that annual filing is a fee payablwe to CAC and it is different from tax returns. Inline with CAMA 2020, annual returns should be file on yealy basis not later than June 31st of next year.
